Sprint Switching to GSM?

I just got this in the mail:

Apparently due to Verizon opening their network to all devices regardless of branding alot of people are leaving Sprint and taking their business (and handsets) to Verizon. In order to combat this Spritn is switching to a GSM network so they can lock devices like AT&T or T-Mobile. I'm told I'll be eligible for an early upgrade to get a GSM phone.

As many of you know, I am currently in Germany and I thought I'd share a few pictures of the beer supply here

this is the beer section of the local supermarket

and here is a crate of beer I picked up for €4.99 (about $7.20)

that's 20 bottles at .5L each (about 16oz each) dieoxide can do his drunk math but its more beer than a 24 pack of 12oz cans...and its in bottles which means better taste (if the caps are removed properly, right disgustabunk?) and i can honestly say this is way better than any "bargain" American beer I've ever had

Today I installed a 4 stage water filter to filter all my drinking and cooking water, according to its specs it should remove all rust, sediment and other particulate matter, remove all lead, copper, barium, cadmium, selenium, cysts and trivalent and hexavalent chromium. It also reduces chlorine taste and odor, radium 266/268 and reduce all other dissolved solids.

When I get a chance I plan to run a second line to feed my ice maker as well.

Guess what that spikey thing is... Hmm...
