Apparently due to Verizon opening their network to all devices regardless of branding alot of people are leaving Sprint and taking their business (and handsets) to Verizon. In order to combat this Spritn is switching to a GSM network so they can lock devices like AT&T or T-Mobile. I'm told I'll be eligible for an early upgrade to get a GSM phone.

was wondering if anyone has a problem with firefox closing on random pages, and saying, sorry, oops,or this is embarrassing. then it ask if i want to send a crash report. then it ask if i want to quit or restore. it restores just fine. but it is getting quite annoying. Ive searched around for a fix, and found that there are many people w/ the same problem. I never did find a fix. FF support is minimum to none so no help there. so if any1 has had this problem and knows how to fix, or can help at all please comment.

I went and saw this house last night and this vid does no justice. I was in AW. the fact that the lights are in time with the radio in ur car is spectacular.maybe i will go back and take my own video. I could have sat there all night.

the song kicks ass, but the fact that they cut the last syllable of "SPACE WEATHER" pisses me off because thats my favorite ollie quote

seriously, whoever made the song (which the youtube uploader doesnt take credit for) is friggin awesome, although if the uploader synced it to the video he gets props too

EDIT: upon closer inspection the song video uses different source than the rest of the video, so the uploader probably copied it from someone else, SCREW HIM!

August 25th 2009 is shaping up to be a good day for Illinois drivers...


UPDATE: Ok, so here's the secret, Aug 25th was the deadline for Governor Quinn to respond to HB3325, a bill that would allow Illinois drivers to apply window tint to the front side windows of their cars. Quinn sent the bill back with an amendatory veto, correcting a small flaw in the draft, however he has stated his support for the bill's objective.

Currently the bill is scheduled to be read in the House and the Senate on Oct 14th, and will almost certainly pass again, so come next summer you can tint all the windows on your car.

The allowed tint under the current draft would be 50% in the front with 30% in the back, 35% all around, or the currently legal tints of nothing in the front and as dark as you want in the back.


UPDATE #2: The House has overridden the governor's veto, in theory the bill will be read and voted on in the Senate the 28th, 29th or 30th, although it hasn't been placed on the calender yet.

keep hearing how ppl r so glad that they got a 360. i dont see why. ive always like Sony's playstation and now they r coming out w/ a 250gb,and you dont have to pay to play online. i dont know about you if i pay that much for a console i sure as hell dont want to pay to use it online.and windows live sucks @ss.
